Joab was a critical man

Often thought about himself in the worst of ways

He had a clean bill of health

But that didn't stop him having constant chest pains

The doctor looked at his diet and sleeping routine

His habits around exercise to try and see what it means

Joab was a solitary man

Didn't talk to anybody for 18 days

Just the television and himself

The body of a man is what remains

He bought himself some records and a vintage stereo

Searching for a feeling he had once long ago

He sat on the floor by his wooden wardrobe

But the records didn't sound like they used to to Joab

He tried to remember how to cry

But all he could do is sit there and try
