The Feeding

We awake at night to claim what's ours

Under a shroud of darkness, we stain our hands with blood

Bathing in arterial spray of all the falling angels who once shunned our kind

And when dawn dissipates the night and chars our skin

Refuge calls, though our work is far from done

So we'll fight with everything we have to stay forever free

Like lost boys in our own distorted never-never land
