Sleep

It's half past two and I'm still up

Thinking about the future and the past all at once

As the walls start to cave in

I can't fight it see no light in the darkest time of the morning

Life's unbearable death is destined and both still come without fair warning

Sometimes I forget now to close my eyes

Cause I can't tell you when I'll see a nightmare coming

And I can't differentiate now what's real life

Or is it the constant chill that's always there

I hope I stay awake enough to see the purple skies light up
