I’m realizing as the clock turn time never wait up

the older that I get the more I seem to get my weight up

I used to eat anything give me a steak with a plate of

fries or onion rings then play some ball hit some lay ups

feeling limitless but at the same time dealing with

the elders in my family getting sick that part I can skip

feeling more established in my 40s and all

But in this season in my life I’m seeing more people fall

Its a cycle I get it we all face it, its real

getting doc exams more often as I’m climbing this hill

but the impact that I’m making I just hope it done well

Raise the stakes properly investments will produce meals
