PROGRESS (INTERLUDE)

Well, Mr. Towns, that wraps up our session for today

I just want to let you know that you're very brave

A lot of men, especially our men of color, have a difficult time being vulnerable and expressing themselves

I look forward to helping you with your progress

It will be a journey, but you've already taken the first step

Just talking to someone about your issues can be very liberating

Is there anything else you want to say before we close out

I do know that this is going to be a journey

It's not going to be easy

I don't expect it to be

But I do want to say that after letting all of that out, expressing myself in ways that I haven't before
