Battle Ready

I was lost in the dark, blinded by all of this pain that's up in my face

And then I got right with God, got on my knees and I told God to show me the way

I got my helmet of salvation so it keep my thoughts in line

I rock my gospel shoes daily so you know my steps divine

I got my belt of truth, holding me tight

Spiritual armor on, I'm following Christ (shining so bright)

Got my righteous breastplate, guarding my heart (that's my protection)

Shield of faith, deflecting the darts

Cause I needed God to come help me get out of that heat

Spiritual armor on, I'm back on my feet

Thankful that His love is always so sweet
