I don't have writer's block no more it's resistance

I got a subject but I fear the opinions

I'm afraid if I don't fit the description I'll pick a picture that'll pick up attention

Because then they'll listen if I don't miss what is missing

My motivation might've just suffered From the sight of the numbers

Cause all I see is ratios Ranking us So who am I under I send my music out Then they send some back Do they hate it or love it

Or are they showing me I do not compare to who they discovered

Is my competitive nature Embedded in hatred 'Cause I never learned to settle my patience For manifestations

I done went from minimum wages To November's in Vegas

And still feel like I'm sitting in place when I'm not building creations

I'm so persuaded that there's something to prove To those who don't remember how they spoke to us in our youth I'm choosing people over God too often Thinking once I'm dead I can pop up in His office No appointment and just walk in

But that's the mindset That I applied since When I tried best To get by with
