How you're innocent, shameless, nameless, or how I knew you to be

Forgive and forget or better yet return to how things once were

It's the easiest solution when other options only hurt

Deny, survive, the weakest thrive in settling in to what they know

Believing the worst was done by the best is one hard pillow to swallow

Everyone else is eager to take the easy way out

Not ready to play nice with those who don't think twice on what it's all about
