My grief like a ceremony

A few times a week it lays it's sword upon me

All I seek is a chance to change the story

To fall asleep and anticipate the morning

I guess it's supposed to be a test of who resigns

And who can steadily keep pushing down the line

There is a place for me

A place for us all

And through the evening hold out for the resolve

And at night the streets they creep through all of me
