I was trapped within my own ways

Ego bruised cause it hurt putting forth my efforts but solely receiving no praise

Self guilt well that's a closed case

I can finally say we over that and working towards building better habits

Tryna show my young that if they want it they can have it

We can't ever move forward, while looking backwards

Took my leap of faith and said fuck it we'll see what happens

It was always about the message and less who gonna lead the masses
