Divine Inspiration

What about the here and now the days and nights passing

Like the sunset on an ocean sky when the colors mesmerize

My eyes they want to see the sight again because it takes me

To the place I want to be so magical and moving

Divine inspiration it doesn’t take hold if a man isn’t bold

Divine inspiration you have to be brave to create

In our day and age we’re so far away from purity

And good ignoring what we should and only wanting more of what we

Had before and everything we have are all the things we’ve had to justify

With lies we tell ourselves our kids and wives
