Haunted

They were strangers in the lonely night

Her cigarette shined in his weary eyes

She was walking all alone, capturing his sight

And his heart skipped a bit as she was passing by

And he was haunted by the way she walked

And he was haunted by the way she smiled

And he couldn't speak a word

And she disappeared in the dark

Her shadow faded but she left a spark

The moon was shining bright; the stars were in the sky

And he felt a fire burning, felt like he was dying
