Keep Moving

I find that it can be very hard to maintain momentum through difficult times

Or times where creative energy is a scarce resource

But I like to think about creativity like the momentum of a vehicle

It can be hard to get started

But once it is moving, it's far easier to keep that pace

So some of my best advice is to just keep moving

That doesn't mean you need to be putting out an album

Every month or finishing a painting every week

But making something

Anything, no matter how small. A sketch, or a simple loop

Just the act of sitting down and touching your tools
