I have dreams that I don't wanna wake from

I have dreams that just make me wanna hurry up and sleep

You might call em nightmares but there's something I like here

So I go and get prepared pour a drink and roll the weed

I hit the door out the store shorty had the horn blowin

I heard a voice behind me tell me hold up where u goin?

A fatal situation couldn't place just where I know him

So I raised up and I blazed him in his stomach let him hold one

I seen his face he was an enemy but just an old one

As little did I know son, had his thug with a gun

Pointed at my girl in the back of her car
