Mum taught me how to shave my face

That cut me real deep, that left a stain

Frustrations disguised by behaviour

Nobody to share my pain

A mother shouldn’t play both roles

Palmed off to my gran so I grew cold

Nuff respect for the man I call a real hitter

Different kinda work rate

He gave a meaning to the word Dad

And I’m in a minority
