But fear makes you part from the sin and the old things

The fear of God will make feel rejected

Was coming to the church and I was singing in the pews

But when I stepped out in the world I would do what sinners do

Fornicating, watching porn

Wasn't being Spirit led

I would flatter every girl trying to get them in my bed

Misusing Gods grace and ignoring that he bleed

Would struggle with the sin so I lived in fear and dread

Cause I knew if heaven came I would go to hell instead

But God showed me grace and pulled me out the pit

He showed up in a dream then he told me to repent

I woke up out my sleep and I pondered what it meant

Is it just my inner thoughts

Was it really heaven sent

So I strugged it off my shoulders and I listen to my flesh

I followed after lust and I lusted after death

But when I tried to sleep I couldn't get no rest

My sins kept in hauting me I mumered in my breath
