Rivers

There is a River, whose streams make glad

This Holy place, where the Lord almighty dwells

For He showed me the river, of the water of life

Clear as Crystal, coming from the throne of God

He said, I’m with you, but not for long, not for long

He said, I’ll return, to the one, but you cannot come

And for those who believe, I’ll bring you rivers

He will be like a tree, firmly planted by the streams

Of water, living water, of water

Behold what He’ll do, something entirely new,

He’ll bring rivers, from dry land

His Glory overflowing like a stream

He puts His spirit out, all around

He washes us, making out hearts clean

And in His spirt, we are found

And for those who believe

He’ll bring us Rivers
