About this week's special guest: Kelly Browe Olson
Kelly Browe Olson is an Associate Professor and the Mediation Clinic Director at UA Little Rock Bowen School of Law. She teaches Family Law, ADR, Domestic Violence and Mediation and Family Mediation courses. She oversees a state-wide Special Education mediation project and mediates family dissolution cases. She is a frequent speaker and trainer, educating judges, lawyers, and others about dispute resolution, communication, emotional intelligence, family, and children’s legal issues. She is currently co-editing a book on Family Dispute Resolution for Oxford University Press.
She serves on the Arkansas Parent Counsel and Access to Justice Commissions and on the Family Court Review and the ABA Dispute Resolution Magazine editorial boards. She trains and consults for the Arkansas ADR Commission. Professor Browe Olson has a University of Michigan J.D., and an LL.M. in ChildLaw from the Loyola University Chicago. She was awarded the Bowen Faculty Excellence Public Service Award in 2004 and 2013.
