Contemporary R&B singer and songwriter Lea, born Taylor Ashlee Curry in Chesapeake, Virginia in 1997, she was raised in Baltimore, Maryland, where she grew a love for music and the arts. While attending college, friends encouraged her to start recording on the side. In 2016 she would she would have a successful meeting with Suena Republic, home to VybeSoul. The budding relationship would propel her career to the next level. Inspired by the likes of Sade, Toni Braxton, K.
