Seleman Msindi (born on April 24,1976) Better Known as Afande Sele is a hip hop artist and Bongo Flava from Morogoro, Tanzania. Many of Afande Sele songs become very popular and trendy online with a great number of streaming and downloads on Boomplay.

He has won the awards of the year (2003) due to his "Kali Telescope" song which he shared with Dogo Ditto at the moment Lameck Ditto. It is the founder of Ghetto Boys' and 'Pori' people, born and killed in Morogoro in line with the first artist to fill the football field in the morogoro when he launched his first 'MKUKO MOYONI' album.

He led the maleria campaign at the beginning of 2005 and 2007. At the beginning of the 11th of 2012 he announced officially working as a new group of wild people after working with MC KOBA who was a group of wild people in the past years. Afande Sele currently has a video of his song Read Ule which has been inspired by Raph Tz (upcoming video director) who is honored by the artist to make the video that has met the content of the song.

Afande Sele was the first artist to fill Jamhuri fottball stadium in Morogorowhen he launched his first album "Mkuki Moyoni", in 2005 and 2007 he led the campaign against Malaria.
