DeMarcus Monroe James a.k.a. Biggie Down.
DeMarcus began writing his 1st songs at the 16 years old (2005), but took a break to help around the house after getting a job at a car wash. After many years, in 2016, he met Jeneth Miller, current wife, and friend of Jonnatan Wall and Richmond Kelly. Both insisted that DeMarcus return to making music and some beats. After 2 years producing some lyrics and rhythms, DeMarcus and Jonnatan Wall decided to start a project to release an EP (5 Songz LP) with the production of R. Cruz and DJ James-Wood, responsible for mixing the EP, and collaboration with El Cruz in the composition of some songs.
The beginning of his career takes place in 2024 with his 1st official releases on several steaming platforms.
DeMarcus decided to call it Biggie Down, in reference to a great idol Notoroius B.I.G and an attack suffered in 2016, being shot twice in the right knee.
After the 1st release, Biggie Down with the collaboration of the Cruz brothers and Richmond Kelly released a package of 10 singles (10 Singles Pack), with the main tracks, "Angry", "Before The Fame" and "Playin' And Playin'"
Biggie Down is already working on the production and promotion of its 1st official album (Brooklyn Mindset) scheduled for release in July 4, 24....more
