alleykat is from Newport Beach and has been in the music industry since 2006. Her love for music began when she started playing the violin in school. She went to Orange County School of the Arts for Instrumental and Commercial Music. She played bass guitar in two metal bands 2011-2015 and played viola in dozens of orchestras 2006-2015.
After taking a hiatus from music in 2015 to pursue a career as a tattoo artist and cirque performer, Kat found her true passion in electronic music. During the worldwide shutdown she took this opportunity to learn how to DJ and make electronic music. Her career took off quickly providing a unique touch as a "Catpire" (vampire/cat) persona.
Her favorite venues to play at are nightclubs such as Academy LA and Time Nightclub. She was the event DJ for The Awakening Tour, a national tour with Vampires Everywhere, Assuming We Survive, and The Bunny The Bear. She has a residency at Proof Bar and has provided support for Cash Cash, Laidback Luke, Vinai, Kloud, Sunnery James and Ryan Marciano. She has played at AVN, Fetish Ball, The NAMM Show, House Of Blues.
Kat's DJ skills and love for electronic music have not gone unnoticed. With Las Vegas as home base, she is always on the move, bringing her unique sound to audiences nationwide.
