[HMTY] is a multi-talented musician, songwriter, and producer from [EAST AFRICA]. He began his music career at a young age of 4 by the aid of his cousin and uncle who played a major role in his upbringing he also played various instruments such as the Flute and beatboxing .
HMTY honed his skills by performing at local school events and showcases and eventually gained recognition for his unique sound and style. His passion for music and performance has taken him to various stages around the world.
With his debut EP , Darkness + Light, HMTY gained critical acclaim from both fans and fellow musicians. The album features a variety of genres, including gospel, HipHop, and Afro swing. The first single, "From the 5th” instantly became a fan-favorite and received heavy airplay on radio stations.
