Born and raised in West London and hailing from a Jamaican and English family, Caribbean culture has been deeply-rooted within Culan in many ways, growing up on 90s Dancehall. Culans first step into the music realm was through his uncle who had already built a fierce reputation in the prolific UK sound system scene.
Culan previously produced & remix songs for reggae legends such as Beenie Man, Beres Hammond and more working on available acapellas for compilation releases. As his artistry developed, he released his debut single 'Easy to Love You' in 2017 and has since been championed by the likes of David Rodigan (Radio 1/1Xtra), Ras Kwame (Capital Xtra), Seani B (1Xtra).
He has also collaborated with the likes of Konshens, Wretch 32, Masicka, Juls, Trillary Banks and with more exciting collaborations on the way for the coming year....more
