Rama Dee

Rama Dee (born Rama Salehe on 3 July 1983) is a singer/producer/composer, bongo flava and R&B artist from Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. Many of Rama Dee songs become very popular and trendy online with a great number of streaming and downloads on Boomplay. He specializes in the R&B//Afro Pop Swahili music.

He has performed at many red-carpet events in both Tanzania and Australia. In 2008, Rama Dee released a debut album called 'Tomorrow' followed by 'Kutoka Moyoni' in 2010 and 'Chini ya Uvungu wa Moyo Wangu' in 2011. He won the Best RnB Track at the Tanzanian Music Awards.

Achievement
Rama Dee was voted Best Tanzanian Male R&B Artist in 2012, performed at the Sauti za Busara in Zanzibar, Tanzanian Music Festival in Australia and All Africa Designers Competition. He was among the first artists to sing R&B in Swahili. Rama Dee is an Independent Artist and is also known as the King of RnB throughout East Africa.
