Born in Viña del Mar (Chile) in 1996, Gianluca Barattini started to show interest in music from an early age, learning to play drums since he was 8 years old in a self-taught way. In 2010 he had his first approach to electronic music, when a producer friend showed him the program Ableton Live. After this he left it aside until the end of 2015, when he began to dedicate himself seriously to music production and DJ’ing. In 2016 he defines his style, deriving in funk and groovie tech house and underground techno sounds. In 2017 he releases his debut EP “Basement EP” in collab with Maximiliano, through the Portuguese label Technobuse Records (Minar Music Group). At this time he starts playing in important clubs in Viña del Mar, side by side with some of the local talents, and also playing one time in Santiago (Chile), where he opened the stage for Chelina Manuhutu. In 2018 he has released three singles and two EPs through the labels Tempora Records (IT), MTZ Records (BE) and Sousa Label (CL). Plus, he also did a techno remix for MTZ Records....more
