As the Co-Founder of arguably Southern California’s most successful weekly dance music event, Daryl Mallick, “Seek-One” has carved a name for himself in the hotbed of Los Angeles’ thriving music scene. It started, with one goal in mind: Establish and maintain a space for local artists to share their creativity with the community. Seek-One co-founded Space Brains Gathering, the keystone party under the Space Taco Collective, and eventually his own Label, in summer of 2019. Seek-One’s true passion is geared towards beat production and experimentation. His sound is characteristically dense and dirty with dark vocals, heavy bass, and hard-flung kicks to hypnotize his dedicated “Space Cadets’. Seek’s performances are seamless, smooth, and sexy. The Space Taco front-man brings the hype and energy to every event he is performing!
His label, Spoon Fed Records, has served as an immensely successful platform to continue to elevate artists in his community and serve as a beacon for rising Producers. BIG BITES 2020 was released Feb 8th, feat. 20 tracks from new producers - holding its position in the top 10 tech-house releases on Beatport for nearly two weeks, eventually reaching 2nd! Compilations Little Bites Vol.1 and Big Bites Vol.1 last year charted very successfully as well! Daryl has proven himself a force to be reckoned, not only as a talented producer, but as a successful event owner with over a decade of experience.
