Born and raised in Springfield Ma, Retro grew up in a family of gifted musicians and singers. Originally not wanting to be like the rest of his relatives he turned to dance as his form of self-expression. After forming a habit of dancing to music playing only in his head he realized the best way to fully express himself was to create the music he was dancing to. 2015 he finally had the opportunity when he obtained a laptop and FL studio. Drawing from the influences of Rustie, Autolaser, Joker, Lunice and various artists from other genres, Retro's unique form of Electronic music blends Future bass, Funk, Hip-hop, Lo-fi, and R&B in an outer-spacy backdrop.
