Elboe

Elboe is an American hip-hop artist and producer born and raised in the historical city of Birmingham, Alabama. Since the age of seven he showed interest in music by self-teaching himself to D.J. by scratching and mixing up his Dad's old jazz and soul records. As a producer, influences include classic soul artist from Curtis Mayfield and other musicians from the 70's era & 90's hip hop pioneers. At age twelve, he formed a group that would last until the mid 2000's and eventually groom him as a solo artist. By 2018, he released his first single called "Stay Shining". The single "Stay Shining" was written, produced, and arranged by Elboe. He creates music for the listener to enjoy but also has a distinct unique voice capturing the listener with his messages. True rap that reaches every class, race, and gender for the next hip-hop generation to come is what Elboe establishes. The single "Drumline" showcases influence of the Alabama native highlighting hard and street conscious raps with HBCU style banging horns and drums. The latest single "Warrior” is another self produced single alongside Dreamlife beats capturing the climate of today’s issues.
