Lead singer Dylan brought Polar Eyes together in late 2018 when bassist and producer Biraj expressed the idea of forming a band together. The two met while working and began recording demos at the time. Drummer Zach was a friend of Dylan’s having moved next door in primary school and joined the band soon after. Guitarist Daniel played football with Dylan in 2019 and came into the band in the second half of 2019, rounding out the 4 members of Polar Eyes. The band’s first single, “Same old Story”, released 25th October 2019, comes from the experiences of young people trying to find their way amongst love and lust on night’s spent clubbing, dancing and singing the night away....more
