“A Disco Mind " is Paul Older’s idea which clearly exemplifies his general mood!
Paul Older (aka Paolo Vecchiato) is an Italian DJ with almost 20 years of experience behing the desk. Paul is constantly looking for new music and ideas as he assembles and orechestrates a mixture of sounds to shake-up the dancefloor.
His unconditional passion for disco music was born when he was still a child and received his first vinyl album "Ladie's Night" by Kool & the Gang; Paul listened to the disc everyday which led him to vivaciously search for a new dancing groove to satisfy his young ears.
The art of dj-ing soon bewitched him and at the age of 15 he began his adventure as "music joker" becoming resindent in his first club in Padova.
With this experience he started a career that would lead him to play in innumerable clubs in Northern Italy, having the opportunity to share the console with internationally renowned artists and increase his technical and cultural talent set by set.
Fascinated by the recent back of new disco era, he felt like he need to express creativity on a new level which led him to explore production and re-editing in 2015.
The style that characterizes Paul Older's sound is obviously influenced by all the sounds disco & funk, where the groove is a fundamental element, ranging in its sets from the chigago house to more melodic and electronic sounds...more
