Dutch DJ duo SOULVATION a.k.a Erland Galjaard and Ronald Molendijk both grew up, during the booming house ’90’s, in Rotterdam. Ronald Molendijk was the founder of Basic Beat record store/ label, a shop where the likes of Tiesto, Ferry Corsten, Benny Rodrigues and much more grew up to also become DJ/ producers. He became the leading DJ of club Nighttown. He developed his skills as a recording producer.and there are a number of Dutch top 10 hits, such as Summer in the City and Reset your Brain. Erland Galjaard's love for music started at a young age when he began learning (classical) piano. Music (making) has been his passion for the most of his life.Writing songs, lyrics as now with Soulvation is something he has been doing all his life. After a one-off DJ duo performance in 2016 their popularity has been steadily rising.With tightly mixed clubsounds, energetic beats, and a focus on the dance floor to always put a smile on the face, that is the feedback that Soulvation gets all the time after a DJ set.
Soulvation breakthrough journey has seen them both perform in DJ booths at Ushuaia, DanceValley, MysteryLand, Club Destino, CrazyLand, The Ark cruise, Sunbeats festival, and much more.
Happy to perform in there beloved DJ booth all day long they are also hard at work in the studio so expect a string of new releases in 2020 and beyond.
