Welcome to the Official Boomplay Account to Afro Magik.
Beginning their journey in 2014 right after completing their High School Studies, the duo comprising of Scoop Sound (Wester Le Scoop) and Sounds of theeANKOS (Yung Geeboy), took to pursue their own personal projects and careers. Both even released solo projects. Scoop Sound released his solo project #Unanizubaisha while Yung Geeboy released project #Tesa and many more. The duo being friends and practical brothers from way back in their Primary School Studies, found strength in teamwork and in late 2019 and into the begining of 2020, a new era was realized as both joined forces to create Afro Magik.
What later followed was the creation of their own Record Label which went by the name BIG BOSS EMPIRE KE.
The idea was then pushed by the duo for a test run early in the year 2020. Plans were laid and projects were set for release but that did not happen.
Fortunately/Unfortunately, this dream had to be cut short as the two relocated to MARALAL in search of greener pastures to build both their personal and career lives.
It was not untill late in 2021 that the vision that was, begun gaining ground towards full realization. The duo relocated back to their hometown, MATHARI in NYERI COUNTY in the MT KENYA REGION and decided to go all out in their musical journey.
In 2022, AFRO MAGIK MUSIC GROUP was then created as the Official Record Label owned by the duo. Consequently, AFRO MAGIK the artist, was signed into the label.
Under their PRODUCTION HOUSE: Afro Magik Studios, LLC. in close partnership with E - TALANTA EMPIRE and the Larger AFRO MAGIK WORLD, Afro Magik has since released projects that have since cemented the brands name on the musical arena. Projects such as ONGEZA VOLUME, LIMBO, KENYAN GYAL, UNANIZUBAISHA & BILA SWALI have been released and the Record Label is happy to announce that the future of Afro Magik as a Global Artist is well under construction....more
