Lyric Croft, the artist formally known as Kid Gucci, is a 30 year old lesbian female hip hop artist born and raised in Colorado Springs. Although she grew up playing competitive sports she has been writing since 13, but 4 years ago really started focusing on music and recording. Lyric makes music that people can really connect with and concepts that people can easily identify with. She focuses on making her lyrics stand out through metaphors and witty punch lines in the verses with catchy hooks that can easily get stuck in your head. Lyric has done many shows in the Denver metro area perfroming from crowds as small as 5 people to sold out shows opening for nationally known artist.
