Carl Brizzy Caleb Awa is an Afro pop singer-songwriter and sound engineer based in Kumba, South West Region, Cameroon who has worked on over 70 songs with various artists. He began his career in 2002 at the age of 8 singing in church while his father was a clergyman. He is the third child in a family of 6 and his parents and siblings always knew he was a special and talented child. Coming from a religious family, his father being a Full Gospel pastor, he was always close to musical instruments in the church and very close to the church choir where he honed his vocal skills.
