Abel Measi Sichembe whose stage name is Phant World (Kaka Msanii) was born on July 7, 1994 in the town of Tunduma known as Boda ya wajanja. He started his musical journey in 2013 when he was at the Mbeya University of Science and Technology (MUST) in freestyle platforms that were popular as Kilinge with various artists such as Nikki Mbishi, Big Philly etc.
After several years until 2020, he returned to the game and released his first album that had different styles with Afrosounds, Afrobongo and Hip Hop, which he named Voice of Euphorias (VOE).
