Boii – I am a rising music star hailing from Freetown, Sierra Leone. I was born on April 6, 2005, and grew up in the bustling city of Freetown, where I developed a love for music at an early age 4 to 6 years. My real name is Boimanya Martha Fahnbulleh Koroma, but I adopted the stage name Boii as a tribute to my African roots.
My parents are supportive of my passion for music and encouraged me to pursue it as a second career. I started singing in my school talent shows and later took part in the Salone Kids Got Talent competitions where I honed my skills as a singer and performer.
In later years, I decided to take my music career to the next level and started writing and recording my own songs and joined the Kabaka Multimedia Entertainment where I featured MIC in a song titled ‘I’m not Enough’.
My first single, "Credit Alert," has been released under the Label – Cribs International where I am signed and I am receiving a lot of attention in Sierra Leone's, and Nigeria music scene. The song's success is inspiring me to continue pursuing my dream of becoming a successful musician.
My music style is a fusion of Afrobeat and R&B, with lyrics that touch on topics such as real life, love and African pride. I have the ability to blend different musical genres and ability to mimic voices and sounds....more
