Jazza Torres is a singer-songwriter and actress from the Philippines. She started singing when she was 2 years old and used to sing in every school events from elementary to college. She always dream to be in the show business industry so after college she started pursuing it. She undergo many auditions and workshops including Star Magic Workshops for acting and singing and Cornerstone Entertainment Inc for acting. After 2 year of trying, she then become part of Cornerstone Entertainment Inc. as one of their artist.
She auditioned to a lot of TV Series and Singing Contest in ABSCBN and in July 2019, she finally got the call from Tawag Ng Tanghalan. She may not win the competition, it became her more confident to share to the world her music. In October 2019, she joined the STARHUNT: THE GLOBAL SHOWDOWN, and online singing competition of ABSCBN (Kumu), and bagged the 2nd runner up of the show.
She loves to write songs but only took it seriously last 2018. She found songwriting as an outlet for her life story or other people story. She started posting original song on her Youtube Channel the same year and people started loving it especially when she made a song for Jai Asuncion and Agassi Ching, popularly known as JaiGa, entitled, "Mahal Na Nga Kita"...more
