Blue Ace is a Zambian singer, producer and actor, Often cited as one of the most unique Afro- fusion artistes of today. He gained recognition when his two singles “Bet On You” and “Bado” went viral on social media and garnered enough attention to get television as well as saveral airplays in the United Kingdom on Amazing Radio and Trace TV.
Born in Kitwe, Copperbelt Zambia. Blue Ace is the only male child born out of the 5 children, his father was a surgent police man at Kamfinsa police training camp and was also a guitarist in the service band. Blue Ace began showing interest at an early stage with summers spent with his father teaching him how to play the electric guitar. But it wasn’t until early 2014 when he started taking his career in music seriously and started experimenting with different sounds to which later on he came up with a sound he like to call “The Xtrend Sound” which according to him means “The Next Generation Sound”, he does this by combining and sampling classic western pop with afro sounds such as percussion, drums, shakers and more to create a clean and soothing type of music.
His music is widely influenced by popular stars like Prince, Michael Brown, The Weeknd, Kanye West, Wizkid & Burna Boy to name a few....more
