D-Truce real name is Ebuka Anyasie haiLs from Idemili north local government in Anambra state. He's the first born in his family which consists of his mum, and his two junior sisters.Born on the 8th of may 1994 at the Lagos State University teaching hospital (L.U.T.H),

D-Truce started writing his own rhymes at the age of 12, while listening to the likes of Nas,jay-z, 50 cent,kanye west and cassidy as he developed his love for rap music.when he got into high-school,he had already advanced/improved his rhyming skills to an overwhelming extent ,with his unpredictable punchlines and his hillarious flows, he started out as a freestyle emcee,organizing and performing at several, parties hosted by his secondary school, but never really having a demo to his name. D-Truce schooled at Effortswill primary and secondary schools and finally finished high school from excel college in 2010.
At the age of 16, after his completion of high school, he was eager to advance in his musical career and he found a studio to record in during the holidays. He never really did music with the intention of going into it fully, he just did it for the fun and love of of music, the first song he ever recorded was in a friends studio at age 16, that same year,he met year, he met Naledge a Canadian Rapper, who was friends with suppa -american-rapper/producer Obiechina and made an initial introduction which was met with deaf ears! But on a very sunny day while obiechina was in ago-city car -wash detailing his brand new hummer 3 jeep. d-truce approached him again but this time with a series of free-styles, which immediately lead to a production/developmental deal!!!!which was acknowledged with his beautiful mother being present in other for the deal to be legal!!!!(he actually got his mother's blessings).
