NNAEMEKA ISRAEL NWABUEZE aka (EMEKA) singer/rapper/songwriter was born in Umuleri Anambra state Nigeria. He grew up in the heart of the hustle and bustle of one of Africa's most populous cities (Lagos). EMEKA says music has always been his get away from the madness happening around him. His style of music is influenced by the various sounds he grew up listening to consciously and unconsciously e.g highlife, fuji, afrobeat, jazz, afrojuju, reggae and hiphop music to mention a few. So far, he's put out songs like "beautiful day", "sugar" , "shakara", "giddem, "lofty dreams" and the yearly "industry diary series" which he started in 2012 till date. Formerly signed to Ericmany music, the young talent has since moved on to put out more beautiful music as an independent artiste....more
