Lavonz is a British singer-songwriter, record producer, DJ & multi-instrumentalist who was raised in a home recording studio. As a child, he induced a natural sense for music & expressed a keen interest in musical instruments together with sequencing, drums, piano, keyboard, bass guitar & Akai samplers which were all part of the new exciting education in tuning an accomplished ear for music.
Back in the late 1990s, Lavonz began DJing, debuting at Bagley's night club at the age of 14. Infatuated with the urban frequencies of pirate radio, independent record shops & the vibrant club scene. An intrinsic vinyl collection revolved towards the sounds of early UK Garage, House Music which fuelled the an inspiration to carve out a production & RMX discography which stands on a fine body of work to date.
2008 - House music scene was collaborated with Detroit artist Quentin Harris (Def Mix) as songwriter & vocalist on ‘Reason For Love’.
2019 - ‘Narcissus’ album which he wrote, produced & performed is musically touching on an Emo, Electronic & Alternative Rock sound.
2020 - joined forces with epic underground dance music label Dansu Discs releasing a cluster of productions & ‘Uncut Gems’ catches the eye!
Tech/Progressive House RMX’s from the ‘Narcissus’ album came out on Stereophonic Records.
Starting 2021 with a bang! Remixing DJ Q - ‘All That I Could’ on Local Action Records.
Currently cooking up the Fire with artist Mushkilla 👀......more
