Benjamin Annan Jnr, better known on stage as Ybb Ceejay “Baddest Kid On The Block” is a Ghanaian rapper and vocalist from Osu-Accra.
Born to Benjamin Annan Nai and Dinah Newman Nai. He started rapping and singing in junior high school, where it was just himself and a couple of friends where they called it “THE CHYPER CULB”.
After junior high school, he furthered his education to the senior high school level where he started performing at school concerts and other entertainment events where he became a familiar face of HIP-HOP & RnB music in his school.
Not being fed from a silver spoon, he centers his raps and melodies around hardship, struggle, love and what the good life would taste and feel like. Crafting a sound so smooth and perfect, he allows his emotions take lead rather than his thoughts, which makes his music more real and honest at the first listen.
