J'SHA is coined from the combination of my two names (Adams Shaban and James Kigathi) though i settled on J'SHA as the simpler version. I have worked with different top producers in Kenya namely Musyoka formerly of top ranked Homeboyz studios and now working with Decimal records and later signed a recording deal with 4play records' owned by Maijmaji, who is a top Kenyan musician and producer remembered for the song Unbwogable which was the anthem of the second political revolution in Kenya. At 4play i produced two singles Ni yeye tu -featuring artistes Frakaz and Habib and Angel Malaika.
Among the list of several major performances and success include East Africa Motor show, Luciano Kenya tour in Kenya and Qfm tour between 2008 and 2011, I’ve also opened for several big acts locally and internationally. Late 2008 Jsha moved from 4play records took a 2yrs break then got involved in different projects with various Kenyan producers and artist like kaykay, Magic mike and herbal records...more
