PENN is a pop/contemporary R&B artist from the south of the UK. Starting her career as a solo vocalist and pianist, PENN has now developed a collective of talented musicians who have helped her bring her creativity to life. PENNs music encapsulates strong values including; empowerment, confidence and self-validation which she demonstrates through her lyrics and on stage and off stage personality. Having performed at events such as Salisbury International Arts Festival and performing function events for national known companies such as Vita Student, PENN is now focusing on developing her sound and brand as a musician, writing, recording and releasing her first ever EP. PENNs fierce and powerful vocals, accompanied by her moving and empowering lyrics allow for her music to emotionally be heard. PENN draws her vocal influences from artists including Beyonce, Adele and Whitney Houston. As for her songwriting style, this follows from artists such as Sam Smith and Jessie J. Since rebranding her style and image, PENN is now working on promoting her new style and image, whilst booking more live events to perform at to get her music and vision heard.
