Born in Raleigh, North Carolina and raised in California's Bay Area -- where she attended middle and high school -- Blonde learned sound engineering in a special class and spent her spare time recording in her school's studio. After graduating high school, she returned to the east coast, relocating to Atlanta to pursue music full-time. There, she made attempts to break into the industry, issuing her first single online in February 2017, marking her first appearance as Klondike Blonde.
