producer, Quan (aka DonFerquan) has been championed by his hometown of Newport "Bad News,” VA and hip hop heads around the world Since his run with Nas, Quan has released various singles, landed his song "Amerikka's Pie" on season five of the HBO hit show The Wire, and featured on Asher Roth's hit "Summer Time," As of late, the former signee of Nas' Ill Will Records has been busy crafting music for major documentary films (Generation Iron’s Part 1,2,3. The Hurt Business, Ronnie Coleman & Dorian Yates movies );and penning his book The Thirst, which details his relationship with Nas and 50 Cent, facing life imprisonment at age 16, parenthood, the death of his son, and more.
