A musical prodigy, born on the 22nd of June 1997, Oresile Oluwaseun
Joshua, whose pseudonym is DJ Shawn is a Nigerian DJ that hails from
Ogun state who is making a name for himself in the music and entertainment industry.
Dj Shawn developed his flair for music at a tender age, it came to his realization that he had a flair for music when he was just ten (10) years
old.
This realization was not far-fetched because his elder brother had a studio in the early 2000s. Having access to the studio helped him nurture and develop his skills.
Due to consistency DJ Shawn began to gain recognition for his skills from securing subtle DJing gigs in his neighborhood (Festac/Mile 2 axis).
Seeing the bigger picture, “small gigs” were not doing justice for him. You know what they say, “go hard or go home”. He wanted more.
