Equippers Revolution is the sound of the Revolution Youth Movement from Equippers Church, based in Auckland, New Zealand. This creative collective is made up of young adults and high-school students who all serve in the youth movement, the Revolution NZ.
Equippers Revolution writes music to help connect its young people to God and fuel the Revolution Youth Movement. After releasing their debut album ‘Thunder’ in 2015, they signed with Dream Label Group (USA) and released 2 projects through the L.A. based label with ‘Hands High’ in 2017 and their EP ‘CLRS’ in 2018.
In the years since their first release, the sound of the Revolution movement from Auckland, NZ has spread far and wide, with EQR embarking on two overseas tours to Europe and Brazil and have travelled the length of their native NZ, leading worship at festivals, conferences and youth nights. In 2018 Equippers Revolution was also awarded ‘Best Worship Artist’ at the Vodafone New Zealand Music Awards.
The latest chapter in the sound, ‘FRVR’ continues the movement story with trademark Equippers Revolution high-energy praise anthems, deep worship moments and tender reflections that declare our praise for God in this moment and forevermore....more
