Also Ken comes armed with a wealth of experience entertaining dance floors across Europe and Asia. Under his brand-new Alias (Also Ken) 2019/20 has seen him gain exposure with a new musical direction, venturing further into the house and techno world and truly shaping his sound - both in the studio and in the DJ booth.
Also Ken is now known for his eclectic range of music selection and energetic DJ performances. A regular DJ at many of KL’s prime music spots such as Iron Fairies, Le Noir, Pisco and Jiro, Ken has also ventured into the collaborative side of the KL’s music sphere - joining the ever popular local Dj collective ‘Connected’ and taking on label management positions with the likes of ‘Soul de Anima’ – one of Asia most exciting rising brands of Deep and melodic House.
Along this journey Ken has acquired a reputation for his read of a crowd and versatility- having the ammunition to deliver in any given environment, he can be heard around S/E Asia delivering high octane dance floor music.
2020 saw successful releases in the form of ‘Another World’ , ‘Two for One’ and the popular remix of Nazarud’s ‘Larut’, which did a stint in the charts, topping out at no23 in both the melodic & tech house beatport release chart. Expect more of the same at a bigger scale in 2021, with releases scheduled across various labels, tours (covid permitting), and the expansion of his own project ‘MY Connected Records’ ....2021 is looking bright....more
